On the morning of June 8, Titan Pharmaceutical ushered in the unveiling ceremony of its “Guangdong Doctoral Workstation”. Zhang Yanxiong, Deputy Director of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Heyuan City, Chen Fei, member of the Standing Committee of the Zijin County Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, Lai Zhitong, Director of Zijin County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zheng Xinbo, Secretary of Lantang Town Party Committee and other city and county leaders attended the ceremony. 

At the ceremony, Deputy Director Zhang Yanxiong and Minister Chen Fei congratulated Titan Pharmaceutical for being approved to set up a doctoral workstation in Guangdong, and pointed out that Zijin in high-speed economic development has an unprecedented demand for talents. They believe that the Doctoral Workstation will be a high-end platform for high-level talents and technological innovation for Zijin’s development, which will accelerate the development of independent intellectual property rights and brands in Zijin, and improve the level of local academic leaders and technical backbones, and thus significantly improving the level of talents in Zijin County.

With strong support of the municipal party committee and the county party committee and the government, Titan Pharmaceutical became the first unit to establish Guangdong Province Doctoral Workstation in Zijin County. The company will also make full use of the platform to do a good job in the introduction, training and use of talents, continuously expand the team of doctoral talents, focus on strengthening the cultivation of innovation capacity, explore, summarize and accumulate experiences in a timely manner, and improve the service level of doctoral workstation, so as to further provide talent guarantee for the high-quality development of the enterprise, and make greater contribution to the economic development of Zijin County and even Heyuan City.
